1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jl3com Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the jl3com Platform and close any Account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following any posted amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

jl3com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of jl3com services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account on jl3com. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jl3com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jl3com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach by contacting our support team.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl3com Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Approved Payment Methods: jl3com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported where available.
• Currency: All transactions on jl3com are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• jl3com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect the rights of users who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, use of automated software to meet wagering requirements, or collusion with other players, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• jl3com's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl3com Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or jl3com staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl3com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of jl3com or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jl3com.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl3com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jl3com shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jl3com's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any gaming losses incurred through normal use of the Platform's games.

jl3com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

jl3com is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users of the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

jl3com provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

Upon termination for cause, jl3com reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Account. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jl3com.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jl3com support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl3com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jl3com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl3com will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jl3com Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
